We were briefed to develop a unique lifestyle offer and marketing approach for the latest building to be launched at White City Living. The residential scheme marking the heart of London’s new White City district.
We proposed the creation of London’s first rooftop Mediterranean style beach club, working in partnership with our client, their landscape architect and interior designers. The result is a rooftop experience like no other, with a stone path winding away from a lounge bar and terrace, through an olive grove, and down to a sandy beach and swimming cove.
We positioned the building as a residential lifestyle club, affording a unique way of life, facilitated by a quality and range of amenities, arguably superior to anything seen before in London.
We named and branded the building Westmont, to emphasise its pivotal location both as the western marker of the scheme itself and a new landmark for west London.
We then developed a fully integrated marketing campaign. First consulting on the creative direction of all marketing CGI’s, and then producing a host of applications. Including a three- minute film, shorter films for social media distribution, digital and printed brochures, ongoing social media post and stories, and digital and print advertising.
