We were briefed to create a name, identity and integrated suite of marketing materials to support the worldwide launch of this super-prime, luxury residential scheme, located on London’s Albert Embankment.
Prior to commencing work on the marketing campaign itself, we proposed that the value of the whole scheme could be enhanced through the creation of a 19th floor Sky Lounge. so that every resident, even those with apartments not facing the river, could share in what is undoubtedly one of the best views of London and The River Thames, hence support higher sales pricing across all units. The recommendation was embraced by the client and CGI representing it became the marketing campaign’s defining image.
A central marketing thought ‘Life ahead of the curve’ was developed, inspired both by the scheme’s sweeping, curved Foster & Partners design, and the unrivalled array of lifestyle facilities within it.
We named it ‘Corniche’, to reflect its peerless riverside location and sweeping architectural curves, similar to those of the world’s most famous and picturesque ‘cliff hugging’ coastal roads. Then brought this to life though a graphic and visual style inspired by both architecture and lifestyle.
It was then launched simultaneously in the UK, Middle East and South East Asian markets. With Placebrand responsible for the creation and production of all marketing materials including; print and digital brochures, film, CGI’s, touchscreen system and exhibition panels, and also managed the on-location production of exhibitions in multiple South East Asian markets.
