We worked with Cyprus-based Imperio Properties to add value to a new commercial building in Limassol. A visioning exercise combined with the creation of a fresh brand identity contributed the success of the building and its being awarded Best Office Development in Europe.

We worked through a visioning process to consider how to make the building more appealing. The building itself was well specified, so the focus was on how it could offer an enhanced working lifestyle to potential tenants and their employees.

We recommended creating a rooftop club space and olive grove to be used as an informal co-working and social area, along with a swathe of greenery cutting through the very heart of the building. This latter feature to be known as The Vertical Garden was designed to draw light and life into every office space. These two new features helped distinguish the building from competitive offerings, and transform what was simply a place to work, into a place affording a uniquely attractive working lifestyle.

The Noble Centre name was a given and thus the challenge was to bring it to life in a style that would be attractive to the sort of media and creative industry businesses that Imperio Properties sought as occupants. The resulting visual identity was specifically designed to project a clean, contemporary image, used across all collateral and forming the basis for way-finding signage within the building.
