Overview:

We were briefed to re-vitalise Lend Lease’s on-site offices at Elephant Park to reflect the brand identity and express the sustainability story of the company’s landmark mixed-use regeneration in London’s Elephant & Castle district.

We were responsible for designing the layout and configuration of a number of key communal and public spaces within the office complex, including the main reception, café and shared work areas. These were then adorned in a fresh, clean, modern style and a naturalistic colour palette, reflecting the world-leading standards in sustainability that lie at the heart of Lend Lease’s whole approach to the scheme.

The style was then adopted to breathe new life into way-finding, info graphics, and the telling of a wide array of positive stories about both company and scheme. Designed to inspire the in-house team and visitors to the offices alike, through subject-matter as varied as bio diversity, employment, community engagement and health and wellbeing.
