Tottenham Hale is one of London’s largest opportunity and investment areas. Currently receiving commercial and residential development funding in excess of £1b. We were briefed to name, brand and develop an integrated suite of marketing materials, in support of Argent Related’s mixed-use scheme that marks the centre of this area.
Our first recommendation was to create a scheme name that defined this new place as both the emotional and physical heart of this resurgent area. To achieve this we avoided obvious descriptions such as ‘centre’ and ‘central’, and instead proposed:
HEART OF HALE
We then created a wordmark, logo mark and visual style, inspired by the interconnected vibrancy of this new district.
Next we named individual elements of the scheme, including the central square, various thoroughfares, three residential buildings, and the integrated resident’s lifestyle club.
Throughout the pre-launch development period, we then advised on the configuration and styling of all CGI images.
Lastly, we created an extensive suite of applications, including both static and animated versions of the brand identity, two lifestyle focussed films, templates for social media activity, site hoardings, digital interactive and print brochures, and a concept and interior design proposals for the marketing suite.
