Overview:

Soaring 239 metres above London, The Landmark Pinnacle is West Europe’s tallest residential address. The building features three entire double-height floors dedicated to an extraordinary and unique suite of lifestyle facilities. Including an indoor park and garden, Europe’s highest gym, residents lounge and bar. All capped by a breath-taking 75th floor bar and terrace.

We were briefed to define and refresh the central marketing proposition and branding, and then create and produce a suite of applications in support of the building’s final phase marketing campaign.

We started by developing a central marketing thought (tagline), designed to elegantly encapsulate Landmark Pinnacle both as building and lifestyle aspiration:

London living at the highest level

In tandem with this, we refined both the brand and wordmark, and then created and produced an integrated suite of a marketing applications, including digital and print brochures, a CGI driven lifestyle film, and consulted on the re-configuration and design of the marketing suite.

We also advised on the development and styling of a brand-new suite of CGI’s, designed to showcase the building’s unique collection of lifestyle facilities.
